Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
We keep a two-week return window because styles move fast at Roberto Vino, and this helps us keep our collections fresh and exclusive.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags attached

  • A valid order number is required

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. These pieces are priced accordingly and considered final purchase.

How to Start a Return

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, items are inspected within 48 business hours.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • No restocking fees.
